Yawi Forest Coffee – Ground, medium roast.
Yawi comes from the Shuar language, and is described as the place where birds and other jungle animals come to feed on mineral salts.
Yawi Forest Coffee, is a coffee of origin, which allows to know its traceability. It is grown in the Southern Ecuadorian Amazon, in the province of Morona Santiago. The grain of our coffee is carefully selected. You will have the certainty of the roast date, the altitude at which the coffee is grown, the variety, as well as being able to choose the degree of roasting. It is a fresh and artisan coffee.
YAWI Forest was designed based on a concept that promotes environmental responsibility. We work with crops in converted areas. We use clean energy throughout the coffee roasting process. The packaging is biodegradable.
We are based on the principle of social responsibility. We specifically seek to create opportunities for Shuar families from Morona Santiago, by providing them with constant support and advice to create added value to their coffee harvest. We have a direct deal with them, recognizing a very competitive price in exchange for a high quality coffee.
