This guide has been prepared by the pedagogical commission of the Amauta Ñanpi bilingual Intercultural Education School and edited by Cuentos y leyendas de Selva Adentro, in the city of Puyo, Pastaza province. This collection seeks to guide the reading of the story with information about the original legends, their context and the values that it transmits, from the original peoples.
The infinite love of Yaji and Huasca, is a legend that talks about the origin for the Amazonian Kichwa people of one of the most important medicines in their life, Ayahuasca.
